What’s her life’s work?
Lori is CEO of GO Productivity, a nationally incorporated not-for-profit organization working to improve the productivity, innovation and competitiveness performance of Canadian for-profit and not-for-profit firms. The business leader has had years of experience in public- and private-sector roles in areas such as industry and cluster development, trade policy, strategic management and regional economic development. She is a member of the Board of the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils, a network of leaders developing tools to navigate the competitiveness landscape.
What academic work set her up for success?
A graduate of the University of Alberta for Early Childhood Education and from the University of Waterloo for Economic Development, Lori has also completed her designation as a strategic-alliance professional.
The Alberta resident enjoys mentoring young people, volunteering, travelling and spending time with her husband and son. She also loves spectator sports, especially hockey.
