Jeff Hogan, CPA, CA, CPA(IL), CSR-P
VP, Finance and Corporate Services

As VP of Finance and Corporate Services Jeff Hogan maintains the financial strength of the organization — its assets, resource and fund-flow management. He has been working to create social impact for the children and families we serve, and leading staff as fundraising ambassadors, since joining Christian Children’s Fund of Canada (CCFC) in July 2001.

Jeff is accountable for developing, obtaining and providing the resources and tools CCFC needs to succeed, including management of donor funds and office and computer systems. He leads strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, investments, risk-management, financial and operational reporting, information technology, internal and external audits, project management and well as facilities and procurement.

A Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (formerly Chartered Accountant) and Certified Public Accountant (US-IL), Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

The VP also supports the ChildFund Alliance — a global network of child-development organizations of which CCFC is a member — as co-chair of the Finance Committee and the Accreditation Committee.

“It’s highly motivating to be part of an organization that applies Christian principles to help others in need,” says Jeff. Through his visits to Central and South America as well as Africa, Jeff has experienced first-hand how donations from individual Canadians, and private and governmental organizations, make significant differences in the lives of children, their families and communities. This has inspired Jeff and his wife to sponsor five children through CCFC.
