For more than 50 years, Christian Children's Fund of Canada (CCFC) has been working to create a future of hope for children, families and communities by helping them develop the skills and resources to overcome poverty and pursue justice.
At CCFC, we are collaborative and innovative. We foster a workplace that builds self-esteem, motivates and encourages employees to be their best and to do their best work, for the children, families and communities we serve.
With hundreds of thousands of people around the world benefiting from our child-centred community development programs, CCFC attracts and retains a high-calibre staff — uniting people with diverse skill sets and cultural backgrounds who are passionate about protecting and empowering children.
As an equal opportunity employer, we hire nationals for positions in our field offices. It’s important that we support talented individuals from the countries where we work.
As CCFC works to develop new and creative strategies for volunteer opportunities, our efforts are kept at the local level. We do not have an overseas volunteer program, as the implementation and maintenance of such an initiative would require vast resources better used to help the children and communities we serve.
