CharityCar.ca has joined up with GreenVehicleDisposal.com to utilize its eco-friendly recycling technology. They accept the donation of old vehicles on behalf of CCFC and 100% percent of the proceeds of your vehicle go directly to CCFC.

Here's How It Works

The process: Simply complete the online pickup form.

1. The Dispatch person from the recycler will call you to arrange a mutually agreeable time for pick-up.

2. When our tow truck driver arrives he/she will accept your vehicle and its registration; issue a receipt of pick-up and have you sign the registration to transfer the ownership.

3. CharityCar's local member affiliate receives the car and processes the sale of your vehicle, submits the ownership to the Ministry of Transportation, and forwards the proceeds to CCFC.

4. CCFC will then forward you a tax receipt.

Donated vehicles are either recycled for the useable metals, or sent to dismantling and parts are salvaged for resale. Donors receive a free tow and a tax receipt is sent to them from CCFC. Donors can receive an estimate of the value of their used vehicle by completing the online form.
