Tribute gifts are the perfect way to honour or remember a loved one, while at the same time supporting the work of Christian Children's Fund of Canada.
An In Memory gift is a gift made to honour the life of a loved one who has passed. When an In Memory gift is made, you will receive a tax receipt for your generous gift, and we will mail or email a card, with your personal message, acknowledging your thoughtful gift to the person's family.
How Do I Make An In Memory Gift Online?
In Memory gifts can be made by either, selecting a gift from our gift catalogue, donating to an urgent appeal or sector of work, choosing a child to sponsor or simply by making a general donation. Once you have made your selection click on your gift basket and select the option to make your gift a In Memory gift. During the check out process, you can choose to notify the family either by mail or email.
If making an In Memory gift online is not for you, you can simply call our toll-free telephone number: 1-800-263-5437 Ext. 610 and ask to speak to one of our Supporter Relations Associates who will help you with your gift. Once the donation had been processed the family will receive a lovely card from CCFC letting them know you have made a donation in the name of their loved one.

How Do I Organize a Donation Collection At A Funeral?
Many families prefer guests to make a gift to Christian Children's Fund of Canada rather than giving flowers at a funeral. If this is your preference, we can help you with everything you will need. Simply call our toll-free telephone number: 1-800-263-5437 Ext. 610 and ask to speak to one of our Supporter Relations Associates. They will help you select an In Memory form. Just let them know how many you will need.
You may also consider including the following wording in your loved one's death notice: "Please make donations in lieu of flowers to Christian Children's Fund of Canada, 1200 Denison Street, Markham, Ontario, L3R 8G6".

To return the donations received, simply mail the forms and payment information in the postage-paid return envelopes provided.
