Christian Children's Fund of Canada is committed to excellence in serving all our donors, supporters and customers including people with disabilities.
All staff of CCFC, whether full time, temporary and contractors working at all levels and who work in the province of Ontario have been trained to provide valued services to all customers including people with disabilities.
Our website and Donor Relations team is accessible to all our donors, supporters and customers including people with disabilities. We seek to recognize and remove the obstacles faced by persons with disabilities. All communications are available in alternative formats upon request.
ONTARIANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (AODA) INITIATIVES AT CCFC
Accessibility at CCFC is a top priority. As such, we have formed an AODA Implementation committee championed by an Executive Staff Team (EST) member to implement initiatives that will make our organization inclusive to people with disabilities by removing all barriers to accessibility. We have implemented an AODA policy, revised our policies and procedures to include details on how to provide our goods and services to people with disabilities without barriers.
