In 2002, Christian Children’s Fund of Canada (CCFC) and ten other international child sponsorship organizations formed the ChildFund Alliance to work together to break the bonds of poverty around the world. Today, the ChildFund Alliance includes 12 organizations from around the globe united by an unwavering, common mission of creating lasting change in the lives of impoverished, vulnerable children and communities in 55 countries worldwide.

ChildFund Standards
Members of the ChildFund Alliance participate in an ongoing accreditation process. One of ChildFund Alliance's primary roles is to establish global standards that include accountability to the highest level of quality and integrity in the following five areas:

• child sponsorship
• monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
• financial and program accountability. |
