Keeping your information accurate and up-to-date helps ensure you receive your yearly tax receipt, timely information about the projects and programs you support, and saves CCFC money.

Please provide CCFC with updated bank account or credit card information. If you have changed banks, or if your credit card has expired, been replaced, or stolen, please let a Supporter Relations Associate know.

Request a Tax Receipt
CCFC mails tax receipts in February. Your tax receipt will be for the previous calendar year. To make a special request for your tax receipt, email supporter-relations@ccfcanada.ca.
